Naturopathic care for SIBO, bloating, and stubborn digestive symptoms
Testing, treatment, and gut restoration for women who are tired of guessing what to eat, what to take, and what to try next
When your gut starts making decisions for you

Maybe it's the bloating that makes you rethink what you're going to wear

Or checking the menu before dinner because you need to know there's something you can eat

Maybe you've already tried Low-FODMAP, probiotics, antimicrobials, digestive enzymes, or a growing cabinet of supplements

And after all of that, you still don't know what actually applies to you

Digestive symptoms are rarely about one thing. Motility, constipation, a history of food poisoning, thyroid function, the microbiome, nutrition, and stress physiology can all be pieces of the picture

The goal is to figure out which pieces matter for you

The Process
What Working Together Looks Like

1. Test when testing makes sense
Symptoms give us clues, but they don't always tell us what's going on

Depending on your history and symptoms, testing may include SIBO breath testing, comprehensive stool testing, blood work, or other targeted labs

2. Address what matters
Your history, symptoms, and test results help us decide what deserves attention first

Your plan may include nutrition, botanical medicine, supplements, and other individualized strategies

3. Restore digestive function
Getting symptoms under control is one part of the work
We also look at the factors that support digestive function over time: motility, bowel regularity, food tolerance, nutrition, the microbiome, and the nervous system
My Journey
_JPG.jpg)
I'm My Tang, ND, a naturopathic doctor with a particular interest in digestive health
Over the years, SIBO has become a large part of my work

The deeper I've gone into the digestive system, the more interested I've become in what's connected to it - motility, nutrition, herbal medicine, the microbiome, and the nervous system

I'm fascinated by the body, but I'm equally interested in the person living inside it

I want the women I work with to understand what's happening in their bodies, have a clear plan for what to do next, and feel more confident participating in their own health
